Equipment information and quotes

Equipment specifications, pricing, and availability may change. A website request is not a purchase agreement. Outdoor Automation will confirm current options, services, delivery details, and any setup charges before work begins.

Press Rex proofs and payment

A Press Rex form submission is a project request. We will provide a proof and complete quote for approval. Production begins only after the customer approves the proof and payment is received.

Customer-supplied photographs and artwork

The customer is responsible for having permission to use submitted names, photographs, logos, artwork, and other content. The customer should review spelling, names, dates, placement, and other details carefully before approving a proof.

Custom products and changes

Customized merchandise is made for a specific customer. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins. If a production issue occurs, contact us promptly so we can review the order and determine an appropriate resolution.

Color and finished appearance

Screen colors and printed colors can differ. Placement and color may vary slightly because of the material, product shape, and production process. The approved proof is the guide for production.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup is available in Kearney. Customers who request shipping pay the actual shipping charge shown in the final quote. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
